Doing the right thing

How is it that doing the right thing makes you poor? The Motorsports Gallery was founded on doing the right thing for customers, yet it seems to get you in more trouble. We have had a rash of doing the right thing then having it blow up on us. Maybe it does pay to be shady and just take the money and run. I am not complaining about the situation just trying to figure out how it has come to this. When did consumers become blind to who is doing things correctly and who has the best deal.
We sell previously owned cars and we do our best to investigate all the cars we buy, this is real dollars and cents being spent. But sometimes cars have problems, we can't predict the future. In the current economic situation of the world I am starting to see where some of our problems are coming from. People have become accustom to instant gratification and make poor financial decisions. The Motorsports Gallery has had many potential customers that have walked away from our services of finding the right vehicle at the right price, because someone else had one that was close sitting on the ground. When you are spending bid dollars and cents on luxury items why settle for close.
We have recently realized that a crossroads is coming. Do we stay the course of being conscious of the consumer and want to create a relationship or do we take the money and run.
Just some thoughts on a Friday, hope everyone has a safe weekend.

With Ease,

The Motorsports Gallery
