So the government has regulated the banks so much that a guy with a 760 credit score, that makes $32,000 a month, $1000 a month mortgage, 1 credit card and had one negative on his credit four years ago can't buy a $40,000 car. But if you have a heartbeat and you are trying to make it the government will give you $8,000 cash on a house you can't afford in the first place. What is our world coming to? I want people to be happy but the government is a government and not a business, most of them have never run a business or they have been politicians for so long they forget how to run a business.
